Domaine Langlois Chateau Cremant Loire is blended with three grape varieties making it an elegant, crisp, dry and delicate sparkling from France’s Loire Valley.It has a delicate mousse and a complex nose mixing different fruits such as quince, peach and grapefruit. On the palate hints of honey and a lasting fresh finish.This is a lovely easy drinking French sparkling wine which is part of the Bollinger house.The wine undergos vinification in stainless steel thermos-regulated tanks then the second fermentation is drawn in the bottle (a traditional method). Then the wine is matured on the lees for a minimum of 12 months.
